Medical Home
Rivertown Pediatrics is a certified “Patient Centered Medical Home” practice, which means it’s our job, and our privilege, to care for your child’s complete health and wellness, and to work with your family as a whole to ensure your child has healthy and successful growth and development.
It means parents and patients can expect our commitment to developing a long-term relationship that provides preventative care, sick care, and 24-hour on call services for emergencies.
Our medical home is dedicated to developing a partnership between the child, parent, and our care team—the first place you consider for all your medical needs.
We believe that every child should have a primary health care provider who knows the child's complete medical history, and is able to provide appropriate medical services based on your individual beliefs and values.
